Flat fee MLS listing: (home photography included) Centralized Services Showings Services offered included. $350. flat list fee in MLS, 4 photos, comparative analysis, you can also post a sign in the yard for callers, must sign up for at least 120 DOM list Contract. Contract must include a 3% Buyers Agent fee if home sells through MLS list Contract. Homes under 75,000.flat fee $1000. for Buyers Agent and Listing Agent if home sells through MLS. REO, Corporate Owned, homes under $75,000 $350 list also offered with 1 BPO, 6 photos, and 6 comp photos, with no monthly reports included.
2. Separate and/or additional Web-site Services listing only on go-aa for $25.00 per month (2 photo's, 1 page description, 3 month advertising required).
3. Open House Showings  $100.00
4. Private Showings (Buyer's Agent do not charge to show).
5. After Showing Follow-up. N/C from Buyers Agents.
6. Purchase Offer Preparation N/C from Buyers Agents.
7. Purchase Offer Negotiation

9. Full Service 5% of list. (3% to Buyers Agent and 2% Listing Agent.)
